Hey there!

In order to convert a fraction into a decimal, you have to DIVIDE the NUMERATOR from the DENOMINATOR

Example FORMULA:

a / b

= a ÷ b

= decimal

Now that we have that out of the way we can answer the given question

9 / 30

= 9 ÷ 30

= 9 ÷ 3 / 30 ÷ 3

= 3 / 10

= 3 ÷ 10

= 0.30

Therefore, your answer is: 0.30

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
