Answer:
"There are a lot of things that can be eaten" shows we have a huge variety of foods from many different cultures, cuisines and flavors
Not any one food item can give us all the nutrients. we eat different kind of food items for obtaining different kind of nutrients such as vitamin and minerals.
most food items have to be cooked before eating
there are many different ways of cooking like roasting, boiling, frying, backing ect...
for example, even an egg has many ways off being cooked we have scrambled eggs, fried eggs, poached eggs, boiled eggs ect...
we can make many different foods from even just one simple uncooked food material by using different methods of cooking
