Multiplicative inverse = reciprocal ( If the number is 75 the multiplicative inverse would be 1/75)

Additive inverse = "the opposite"(if the number is 16, the additive inverse would be -16.)

Most likely the question means the product of the multiplicative inverse of 75 and additive inverse of 35

1/75*-35 = -35/75 or simplified -7/15

If this is wrong, please tell me what the question actually meant.

Multiplicative inverse of 75 = 1/75 (reciprocal.)

ADditive inverse of 35 = -35 (opposites remember!)
