Question 1

Since the line JM is perpendicular to the line KN each quadrant is equal to 90 degrees.

If each quadrant has 90 degrees we can find the value of y simply by subtracting 64 degrees from 90 degrees

90 - 64 = 26

Therefore y = 26 degrees
