How is 8 – 6 ∙ 4 + 10 ÷ 2 = -21? Can someone show me step by step how they got it because I'm confused.

Explanation:

You always start with multiplication and division.

start with 6•4=24, then go to 10÷2=5.

Which leaves you with:

8-24+5

If you subtract 8 from -24 you get -16. Then -16+5 is -21.
