I enjoy riding my bike. I get great exercise and can enjoy the outdoors. Fresh air is important to me. Bikes have always
interested me since I was a young child; I rode a bike without training wheels at 3 years old. Biking is a way for me to take my
mind of things and relax, while benefiting my health.
Not all activities that benefit my health are enjoyable. Weightlifting is awful. I know I need to get stronger, but it is very
