What would you expect the ph of surface water in areas containing limestone bedrock to be, compared with areas having granite bedrock

Explanation: Areas containing limestone bedrock will likely have surface water with a higher pH than those areas with granite bedrock. Limestone, like marble, neutralises acid rain. Granite does not react with acid rain, therefore the pH would be lower (and water more acidic) in these areas.
