The Court has the power of the judicial review, meaning they can cancel any action by Congress and/or the President if they deemed it unconstitutional.

The president has the power of veto and appointment. They can veto any bills passed by Congress and also appoint judges in the supreme court.

Congress has the power of legislation. They can overrule a President's veto with a two-thirds vote. They can also make amendments that the Supreme Court will have to follow no matter what.
