37. -5, find 2 on the x axis and find then the line hits
38. -5,-3 1/2, -2, find 3 on the y axis and find every time a point hits that
39. increasing [-4,-3) [2,infinity) decreasing [-6,-4) [-3,2)
40. none, it’s always increasing or decreasing

The output is always the range (or y value) so for 37 it’s -5
