Explanation:

because there are negative numbers, we put those first. the bigger the number behind the negative is, the smaller it is

-1.2 is the only negative with a ones place so it goes first

-0.67 comes right before -2/5, or -0.4

then we move into the positive numbers: 1/2 and 0.54

1/2 is 0.5, which is less than 0.54

so the order is -1.2; -0.67; -2/5; 1/2; 0.54
