Slope = change in y / change in x

(sometimes told as "rise over run" as y is up/down and x is left/right)

What does that look like in an equation?

(23--16)/(4-31)

Solve:

(23--16)/(4-31)

(39)/(-27)

-(13)/(9)

So our answer is
-(13)/(9)

Hope this helps, have a nice day :D
