The answer is "breakfast"!!
Breakfast helps us get fiber, calcium, and other nutrients needed for the body. If you think about it, you wake up after sleeping for 8 hours minimum and during those hours, you don’t eat or hydrate, so, breakfast makes up for that to keep our weight under control!
