$y = mx + c \\ 7 = 3m + c \\ 5= - 3m + c \\ 2c = 12 \\ c = 6 \\ 7 = 3m + 6 \\ 3m = 1 \\ m = (1)/(3) \\ y = (1)/(3) x + 6$
