Hint :- The point slope form of the line is
m(x-x_1) = y - y_1 , where
(x_1,x_2) is the point and
m is the slope of the line .

Solution :- The given point is
(2,-1) and the slope is 3 . On using the point slope form of the line, we have ;

\implies m(x-x_1)=y-y_1

Substitute ,

\implies 3(x -2) = y -(-1)

Simplify ,

\implies 3x -6=y+1

Add -1 and -y to the both sides ,

\implies \boxed{3x -y -7=0 }
