y = 3/4x + 27/2

Explanation:

y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

7 - 1 / 6 - (-2)

6 / 8

= 3/4

y = 3/4x + b

9 = 3/4(-6) + b

9 = -9/2 + b

27/2 = b
