A. The right side of the equation should be 6 after dividing each side by -4.
B. The right side of the equation should be 8 after subtracting -8 from each side.
C. The left side of the equation should be - r after dividing each side by -4.

The answer is D.
Step by step explanation:
A negative times a negative is ALWAYS a positive. So -r * -4 = + 4r. Therefore, the correct solution to this equation is r = 6
