Although Maude is not physically handicapped, whenever she is in a hurry she parks her car in spaces reserved for the handicapped. Is she behav- ing unethically?

Yes, she is behaving unethically. She is behaving unethically because she is taking away a spot reserved for somebody that is handicapped and makes it harder for them to get to where they need to go because you decide that you want to take that spit because you are in a hurry. This is also a $500 fine
