  • The sides are 8.26 m and 7.26 m

Explanation:

The sides are x and x - 1

The area is:

  • x(x - 1) = 60
  • x² - x - 60 = 0
  • x = ( 1 +
    √(1 - 4*(-60)))/2 ≈ 8.26 m
