Angelica used 64 yards of fencing to enclose a circular play area for her golden retriever, Matt. What is the approximate radius of her dog’s play area?

64 yards is the circumference. the formula for the circumference of a circle is C=2πr, w r as the radius. so plugging the numbers into the equation, 64 = 2πr. divide both sides by 2π to get r alone. radius = 10.1859163579 yards = 10.19 yards rounded
