A bus departs from Butwal to Kathmandu with the speed of 40 km/hr at 5 am in the morning. After two hours, another bus leaves towards the same destination with the speed of 60 km/hr. At what time do the buses meet each other on their way to Kathmandu?​

the buses will meet at 11 am

Explanation:

the distance from Butwal to Kathmandu is the same

let the time taken by the first bus to reach the meeting point be x and the time taken by the second bus will be x_2

40x = 60(x_2)

x=6hours

hence it will take 6 hours from 5 am which is 11am
