y = 25°

Explanation:

x = 180° - 115° (115° and x are supplementary angles)

x = 65°

In the triangle,

x + y + 90° = 180°

65° + 90° + y = 180°

155° + y = 180°

Subtract 155 from both sides,

y = 180° - 155° = 25°

straight line has 180 degrees

so 180 - 115 = x which is 65 degrees

traingle has 180 also

65 + 90 = 155 180 - 155 = y which is 25 degrees

The triangle on the other side is the equivalent.
