Explanation:

You would first need to find what 1 would be. You would do this by inputting 1 into the equation first. Which you would get 2, then input 2, you would get 6. Just keep going to 4, such as if you input 3 you get 10, if you input 4, you get 14. You can see that each output is added by 4 as the input is increased by 1.
