I agree. Why because sometimes the people who are convicted aren’t always the criminal(s).

Agree statement:

I agree, because if you are guilty, then you wait till your trial, which will be held, to decide whether you're guilty or not. If you're innocent, then you remain innocent. If "everyone is guilty until proven innocent" then, everybody would end in jail, and people who are innocent would serve time for a crime the didn't commit.

Disagree statement:

I disagree, because, if you are guilty, then you shouldn't be a free person! When you are guilty, then you should serve your time. But if you are innocent, then at least you have a taste on what life is like in prison.
