I need help with this question for math: "There are 5,280 feet in a mile. What part of a mile, in decimal form, will you drive until reach the exit" the exit is 1000 feet. It might be weird to ask this question but I need to make sure I have the correct answer. Please help me if you have the chance.

Answer: About 0.1894 of a mile will be driven until you reach the exit 1000 feet if there are 5280 feet in a mile.

Units are used to describe the quantity of an object.

Given the conversion rate:

5280 feet = 1 mile

Next is to convert 1000feet to miles, we can write:

1000feet = x

Divide both expressions to get the value of x

This shows that about 0.1894 of a mile will be driven until you reach the exit 1000 feet
