Consider writing on a time that you felt frustrated and then found a resolution.
Here’s an example: “One time I had cut up peaches and oranges for breakfast; while trying to bring it upstairs, I broke the bowl and my fruit fell out. Immediately, I was mad but I decided to reflect on the situation, “What would I get out of this from being angry?” I told myself. I began picking up my fruit, dusting off the particles that had been stuck to it, and got another bowl for my fruit. I took the broken pieces of the bowl and threw them away. I scooped my fruit up into the new bowl, and went up to my room to feast on them.” I just came up with this example off the top of my head, but you can use it and add anything that I left out, so that it’s more concise. It could also remain as an example, and you can come up with something similar. The moral of it is really just “sometimes you’ll break your bowl with fruit in it, and that’s okay; just get another bowl, scoop up your fruit, and put it in a new bowl.” I hope this helps, if you have any questions, just comment and I’ll try to get back to you ASAP.
