What is the name of the change when a liquid becomes a solid?​

That would be “Solidification”.
In order for a liquid to become solid, the temperature has to lower to its freezing point. This can be observed in water, as when it is put in a freezer the water solidifies due to the temperature being lower than its freezing point. It can also be observed in bacon grease, as when it cools it begins to congeal (or solidify).
