Answer: y=-1/2x-6 this is standard form right

Explanation:

2x-3y=-4

(0,6)

are the information we are given

so first of all, Imma change it into standard form bc im lazy

3y/3=(2x+4)/3

y=2/xc+4/3

cancel out the fractions by multiplying by 4, you get

y=2x+4, two is the slope, to find perpendicular lines, it's the opposite reciporical or however you spell it but n e ways, its

y=-1/2x+b to find b we plug in the point

-6=-1/2(0)+b, which is -6=0+b, which means clearly itt's -6

just so u know i dont even know so um yea, im out
