In my opinion its your choice to talk to a therapist but if it gets really severe you should probably seek some sort of help.

I suffer from severe anxiety and have been diagnosed with depression and my doctor said i should see a therapist but the truth is im afraid to see a therapist i dont know if if can trust someone else with my emotions if i cant even trust myself with my emotions.
