Answer:

(x,y)=(-1, -1.5)

Explanation:

The formula for midpoint = (x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2.

so for x =(-3+1)/2 which equals to -1

and for y= (1+-4)/2 which equals to -1.5
