no because 20 divided by 2 is 10 however 15 divided by 2 is 7.5 not 1

The ratios 15:20 and 1:10 are not equivalent.
If you simplify 15:20 by dividing 15 and 20 by 5, you’ll get 1:4.
And 1:4 is not equal or proportional to 1:10.
Therefore, the given ratios are not equivalent.
