1 - 4 because that is the lowest margin as the acidity grows the lower the pH is

Answer:

1-4

Step-by-step explanation:

In a PH scale the number represent the number of hydrogen ions in a solution. A stronger acid releases less and less OH(-) and more H(+). A base will give off more OH(-) the stronger the base the more released. a 10-14 range would be a strong base. a range from 6-8 is considered neutral (around the same PH as tap water).

So to recap, a PH scale measures the type and concentration of hydrogen ions. If it is less it is an acid because acids give off H(+), which is a positive hydrogen ion.
