Your customers is also a major role when it comes to success, so it is highly debated which one is more important. In the end, even though you receive tons of profit, its the customers that make the difference. Of course profits are important to further expose the firm and it does tend to bring some success but profits are inevitably influenced by the number of customers. And with the money invested from the profits with the right plan can lead to a companies success.
