Answer:

1) The best coal can only be found deep it is most most powerful coal (Anthracite) because it contains 90% of carbon

2)Coal gets formed only after living organisms gets decomposed and their bones get converted to fuel only after millions of years.

3)No, we cannot prepare coal and petroleum in laboratory because they are fossil fuels and take hundreds of years to form under high pressure and temperature deep under land surface.
