Imagine you are 65 years old. How would your current fitness plan need to be adjusted? What adjustments would you make so you could maintain a healthy level of fitness throughout your life? Which activities do you plan to participate in when you are older for a personal challenge, enjoyment, or personal expression?

Answer:

There would mainly be exercises for me to maintain mobility. Not too much cardio but enough for me to have decent stamina and circulation. Simple exercises that I could do from the comfort of a chair or my bed. Minimal stress on my joints such as yoga or beginner Zumba classes.
