x-intercept: (3,0)

y-intercept: (0,5)

so to find x-inter you need to replace y for 0 and then solve X.

example: 5x +3(0) = 15

and do the same to fine y-inter, replace x with 0 then solve for y.

example: 5(0) +3y = 15
