My geometry teacher always said to think of it like an office chair. If you turn 90 degrees to your right, your left shoulder will be close to the computer. That is turning clockwise. to the left . is counterclockwise. If you turn 180 degrees you are facing away from the pc. Turning 190 degrees either way will get you to the same spot. The D' coordinate has mistake on the graph, it should be (-1 , -7) instead of (-1 , -6)
