I don't understand this

the box is in the shape of a cuboid.
height: 60cm
length: 100cm
width: 40cm
Joh wants to fill the box with grit.
A bag of grit costs £2.50
there are 8000cm^3 of grit in a bag.
Joh has £70 to spend on the grit.
Does John have enough money to buy all the grit he needs to fill the box completely?

We calculate the volume of the cuboid :

60 x 100 x 40 = 240000 cm^3

If every bag has 8000 cm^3 of grit, he will need 240000 : 8000 = 30 bags

Every bag cost £2.50, so he will need £2.50 x 30 = £75

Since he only has £70, he doesn't have enough money to buy the grit.
