Answer:

y = 1.3x + 7

Explanation:

The y intercept occurs when x = 0 so b = 7

It looks to me that (0, 7) and (10, 20) are points on the line.

slope is the change in y over the change in x

m = (20 - 7) / (10 - 0) = 1.3
