Answer:NO IT ISNT FAIR.IF SOMEONE BULLYS YOU IT MEANS THEY ARE SCARED AND WANT TO GET RID OF YOU.DONT LISTEN TO THEM BUT CLOTHES THATS RIDICULOUS.MAYBE THEY DONT THINK BEFORE THEY SAY SOMETHING BECAUSE THE PERSON MIGHT BE SUFFERING SOMETHING.
