If Kyle is very overweight, how might this affect his exercise?

He will sweat more than an average person during exercise.
His heart will pump harder than average during exercise.
He will become less tired during exercise than an average person.
He will not lose weight.

How intensely is Kyle training? Sweating is the bodies ability to maintain homeostasis, being overweight doesn’t necessarily mean you will sweat more. An overweight person can still be fit, this doesn’t mean his heart will be pumping harder compared to the average since we don’t know if he’s fit. We don’t know if he will be less tired than the average person because we have no information on the exercise he is doing and how well trained he is in it. Weight loss is all about calories in and calories out and has nothing to do with affecting his exercise ability. This is a poorly worded question.
