Answer:

${ \tt{ {4x}^(6) - {16x}^(2) = {(2x {}^(3)) }^(2) - {(4x)}^(2) }} \\$

• from difference of squares:

${ \boxed{ \rm{( {a}^(2) - {b}^(2) ) = (a - b)(a + b)}}}$

• a → 2x³

• b → 4x
