Answer:

- Not Proportional because graph is shifted. The ratio is not linear at the origin point.

Explanation:

Somethign is proportional if they have the same ratio.

For example,

1/1=1 , 3:3=1 , 7/7=1.

They all use different number, but when you divide them, you get the same answer, 1.

An example of something not proportional is:

1/2=0.5 , 3/4=0.75 , 9/10=0.9

These ratio (division) results in different answers so they're not proportional

But lets take a look at your question.

4-topping to $0 --> 4/0 = ∞

6-toppings : $3 --> 6/3 = 2

8-toppings / $6 --> 8/6 = 4/3

...

Notice how they result in different answer when dividing. Therefore they are NOT proportional. Whether you use the ":" or the "/" symbol, they mean the same thing.
