The y intercept point is correct at -3.

This equation has a negative slope, so the line will essentially look opposite/mirrored to the one you drew.

Slope is rise over run, and if this slope was positive you would go up 1 and over to the right 4 and plot your point.

But since the slope is negative you will start at your y-intercept and go DOWN 1 and over 4 to the right, and/or up 1 and 4 to the LEFT.
