Is there anything that still remains of Teddy Roosevelt's Square Deal? What exactly still remains and are they still good policies or programs? Why or why not?

Answer:

Reply if it is helpfull

Step-by-step explanation:

It was called “The Square Deal” and included many Progressive elements, including regulating businesses and monopolies, enabling Unions to function and strike, limited work hours and workdays, workplace safety laws, banning child labor, consumer protection, food inspection, and safety laws, and many other issues. It is interesting to me that these policies were Republican policies; today’s Republicans oppose such things. Note that today’s Republicans are yesterday’s Democrats and vice versa. How times change!
