for 2 1/6 is it would 12/6 , you multiply 2 and 6 which is 12 then times that by 1, and then you use the original 6 for the denominator. And the next one is the same thing, so it would be 8/2.
ANSWERS:
2 1/6= 12/6
4 1/2= 8/2
