Answer: The Asteroid Belt

Step-by-step explanation:

Please make sure you put your questions under the correct topic.

This topic would be under Solar System/Astronomy/General Sciences

You see, Earth is the third planet from the center of the Solar System, if we were to think about it, Mars is the fourth planet, there are very little chances that the spacecraft will have a singular chance to collide into Mars because Mars is farther away from the Sun.

Next, the Asteroid Belt is between Mars and Jupiter. There are so many asteroids! I'm not even sure the spacecraft could survive in the Asteroid Belt.

Note: If your teacher marks this answer as incorrect(The Asteroid Belt) tell him/her that Mars doesn't align perfectly inline from earth. And besides, if you were to aim straight at Jupiter, the Sun, Earth, Mars, AND Jupiter would have to all be in line! Not possible for this year!
