I'm assuming most complex is similar to the biggest in size. So with this, you can assume that the least complex is 1. Atom. molecules are a collection of atoms (think water as H20) so 2. Molecule. 3. Cell due to the fact that cells are made of organic molecules. 4. Tissue; tissue is a collection of cells which then form 5. Organ; a collection of tissues (normally). 6. Organ system a collection of organs (as the name suggests; think respiratory system, skeletal, etc.). And 7, organism. This one is a bit inconsistent but I'm assuming the most complex is an organism due to the diagram. That being said; organisms range from single celled protists to massive collections of organ systems like humans.
