(a) What output does the rule give when the input is (-3, 2)? Show your work.
(b) What output does the rule give when the input is(5, -7)? Show your work.
(c) Is the rule a function? Explain why it is or why it is not.

A.-6-3 = -9

0+4 = 4

(-9,4)

B.3-3 = 0

-4+4 = 0

(0,0)

Yes. it shifts the graph left (-3) and up (+4) with each x or y value.
