As an artist, how would you decide which medium you are going to use? Would it depend more on the subject of your art piece or the tone you hope to create or something else entirely? Can you think of any other mediums that you know of that we’re not discussed in this unit

I think it depends on the tone. Charcoal tends to have a deeper tone to it, whereas watercolor is more bright and cheery.
