Answer:

$2x + 0.4y = 0.4 \\ 2( - 1) + 0.4y = 0.4 \\ 0.4 y = 2.4 \\ y = (2.4)/(0.6) \\ \therefore \: y = 6 \\ 2x + 0.4(1) = 0.4 \\ \therefore \: x = 0$
